Cardiovascular equipment boasts touch screen technology, allowing you to watch TV or listen to your favourite radio station through your own headphones whilst you workout. You have a huge range of workout profiles to choose from, keeping you in control of your training. The strength equipment is from the Life Fitness signature series, which offers you a range of exercises to form a perfect workout.


Prior to using the room you will need to attend an induction session to ensure the safe and effective use of all the equipment.
