We run a wide variety of classes to suit all abilities from complete beginners to more advanced. Our range of classes include some of the most popular types of workout such as Aerobics, Yoga, Circuit Training, 20/20/20, Pilates and many more. In addition we have special "Forever Fit" workouts for the over 50’s.
