Change of Booking/Refunds Policy

CUSTOMER NOTICE

 

CHANGE OF BOOKING POLICY

From Tuesday 3rd January 2012 we will require that all ‘casual’ bookings are paid for in full at the time of booking.

REFUNDS/CANCELATION POLICY

Refunds will not be given. However, customers may transfer their booking to another day or time, if cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. (Please Note: This also applies to squash bundles).
