What is the Shenley Leisure Centre user card scheme?
A scheme designed to help us keep in touch, and understand our users needs, and for users to benefit further from our facilities in a variety of ways.
Do I qualify for a user card?
If you are either an existing user, or intend to become a user, you qualify!
How much does it cost?
The user card scheme is FREE for under 17 year olds, passport to leisure card holders, Fitness Studio Users and Tanning Room users.
A £1.00 charge applies to all others.

How do I use the card?
Each time you make a booking or purchase a ticket quote your user card number and your discount will be made automatically. On arrival for your booking you will be asked to produce your card so it can be swiped through our system to verify your identity.
How do I apply for a card?
This is very simple. Just complete a user card application form available from the centre and hand it in to reception, or send it by post to Shenley Leisure Centre, Burchard Crescent, Shenley Church End, Milton Keynes, MK5 6HF. Forms can also be completed via our website by clicking here
What happens next?
Within 5 working days your personal user card will be available for collection from reception. You can then start taking advantage of the benefits.
Lost or damaged cards
User cards that need replacing for any reason will be subject to a £1.00 renewal fee.
Proof of user card holder’s identity
A photograph of each user card holder will be taken on their first visit or other convenient time.
Cancellation of card use
Shenley Leisure Centre management reserve the right to withdraw any individual from the user card scheme at any time.
